Bridge To Care is located in Coconut Creek, FL and conveniently located just north of the Sawgrass Expressway on State Road 7! 

What happens when my medical equipment needs service?

All respiratory & mobility equipment will need service at some point. 

 Our technicians are available 7 days a week to diagnose the issue over the phone and recommend solutions on the spot. If the equipment is still not working we can have the equipment sent in to the closest repair location near you!

Does insurance cover the cost of any of these devices?
Some products yes and some products no. Bridge To Care customer service staff are experienced and ready to answer any and all questions. Please contact us today to see if the equipment you are interested in is covered under your insurance!


Is there a trial period?

Yes, we offer a 14 day trial period on all equipment purchases. We encourage our paitents to take their time to make sure they are comfortable and happy with their decision.

What if I don't have all the money up front?

We have paired up with one of the largest medical financing  company in the world! For over 30 years, CareCredit has been providing a valuable financing option for treatments, procedures, and equipment  that are not covered by insurance, or for times when insurance doesn’t cover the full amount. We offer monthly payments starting at $30.00 a month! (Only $1 per day!). CareCredit also gives us the ability to offer 12 months 0% interest financing on all eligible purchases!

Can I connect my oxygen concentrator with a CPAP or BiPAP device?

Yes, you can use a BiPAP or CPAP machine with an oxygen concentrator. The oxygen concentrator must be continuous flow.  You may need a separate adapter to connect the tubing of both devices, or your mask may have a built-in adapter.

Can I get a loaner while my device is being repaired?

Yes, we do offer a free loaner program based upon availability! 

Can I travel with my portable medical equipment?

Yes, all portable oxygen concentrators are FAA approved for airline use.  Also, you can travel by car without ever having to worry about running out of oxygen with the convenient 12 volt car charger!
